Return & Refund Policy

At URBVN Academy, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, we're here to help.

Please read our Return & Refund Policy carefully before requesting a return.

Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return, your item must:

Be unused and unworn.
Be in its original condition.
Include all original tags and packaging.
Be free from stains, odors, damage, or signs of wear.

We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

Gift cards
Items marked as Final Sale
Personalized or custom-made products
Products damaged through misuse or improper care

If your return is approved, we will provide you with return instructions.

Items returned without prior authorization may not be accepted.

Return Shipping

Unless the product is faulty or incorrect, customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping.

We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as we cannot be responsible for returned parcels that are lost during transit.

Damaged, Incorrect or Defective Items

Please inspect your order upon arrival.

If your item is:

Damaged
Defective
Incorrect
Missing from your order

Please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Include photographs of the issue so we can resolve the matter as quickly as possible.

Exchanges

We currently offer exchanges for different sizes or colors, subject to product availability.

If the requested item is unavailable, we may issue a refund instead.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the outcome.

If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method.

Please allow:

Up to 5 business days for us to inspect your return.
An additional 5–10 business days for your bank or payment provider to process the refund.

Refund processing times may vary depending on your payment provider.

Shipping Costs

Original shipping charges are non-refundable, except where:

We shipped the wrong item.
Your product arrived damaged.
The product is confirmed to be defective.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you have not received your refund:

Check your bank account.
Contact your credit card provider.
Contact your bank, as processing times may vary.

Order Cancellation

Orders may only be cancelled before they have been packed or shipped.

Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled and must instead be returned according to this policy.

European Union Customers

If your order is delivered within the European Union, you may have the legal right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your goods, in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws.

To exercise this right, the items must be returned in accordance with the conditions described in this policy.

Incorrect Address

Customers are responsible for providing the correct shipping address.

If an incorrect address is provided and the order has already been shipped, any additional shipping costs required for redelivery will be the customer's responsibility.
