Thank you for shopping with URBVN Academy. We are committed to delivering your order as quickly and safely as possible.

Please read our Shipping Policy carefully before placing an order.

1. Order Processing

All orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and public holidays.

Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days after payment has been successfully received.

During periods of high demand, product launches, promotional campaigns, or holidays, processing times may be longer.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking information.

2. Shipping Destinations

We currently ship to:

  • Denmark
  • European Union countries
  • Norway
  • United Kingdom
  • Selected international destinations

If your country is not available during checkout, please contact us before placing your order.

3. Estimated Delivery Times

Estimated delivery times begin once your order has been dispatched.

Destination Estimated Delivery
Denmark 1–3 business days
European Union 3–7 business days
Norway 3–8 business days
United Kingdom 4–8 business days
Rest of the World 5–15 business days

Please note that these are estimated delivery times and are not guaranteed.

4. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated during checkout based on:

  • Delivery destination
  • Parcel weight
  • Shipping method selected

Any available free shipping offers will be displayed during checkout.

5. Customs, Duties & Taxes

International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, VAT, or other fees imposed by the destination country.

These charges are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise stated at checkout.

URBVN Academy is not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance procedures.

6. Tracking Your Order

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email containing:

  • Shipping confirmation
  • Tracking number
  • Carrier information

Tracking information may take up to 24 hours to become active after shipment.

7. Delivery Delays

While we strive to deliver orders within the estimated timeframes, delays may occasionally occur due to circumstances beyond our control, including:

  • Weather conditions
  • Customs inspections
  • Carrier delays
  • Public holidays
  • High shipping volumes
  • Transportation disruptions

URBVN Academy is not liable for delays caused by third-party shipping carriers.

8. Incorrect Shipping Address

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.

If an incorrect address is provided:

  • We cannot guarantee successful delivery.
  • Additional shipping charges may apply if the parcel is returned to us and needs to be re-shipped.
  • Orders already dispatched cannot be modified.

Please contact us immediately if you notice an error in your shipping address.

9. Lost or Stolen Parcels

If your tracking information indicates that your parcel has been delivered but you have not received it, please:

  1. Check with household members or neighbors.
  2. Contact the shipping carrier.
  3. Contact our customer support team.

We will assist you in investigating the shipment with the carrier.

URBVN Academy cannot guarantee reimbursement for parcels confirmed as delivered by the shipping carrier.

10. Damaged Parcels

If your package arrives visibly damaged, we recommend:

  • Taking photographs before opening the parcel.
  • Taking photographs of the damaged products.
  • Contacting us within 7 days of delivery.

We will assess the issue and, where appropriate, arrange a replacement or refund.

11. Failed Delivery Attempts

If delivery cannot be completed because:

  • No one is available to receive the parcel,
  • The parcel is not collected from a pickup point,
  • The delivery address is incorrect,

the parcel may be returned to us.

If this occurs:

  • Return shipping costs may be deducted from any refund.
  • Additional shipping charges may apply for re-delivery.

12. Force Majeure

URBVN Academy shall not be responsible for delays or failure to deliver caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to:

  • Natural disasters
  • Floods
  • Fires
  • War
  • Government restrictions
  • Customs delays
  • Transportation interruptions
  • Internet outages
  • Labor strikes
  • Pandemics
